CHRISTINE LANA MEI, LLC operates the Peggy mobile application and web platform ("App"). As your 24/7 pregnancy, postpartum, and baby care companion, we understand that maternal health tracking, voice notes, infant output logs, and photos involve deeply sensitive health information.

🔒 Our Non-Negotiable Privacy Pledge: We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal health logs, photo scans, or voice recordings to advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketers. Your care data remains strictly yours.

2 Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with Peggy, we collect data across these domains:

Account & Contact Info

Name, email address, and authentication tokens provided via Sign in with Apple or Email Magic Link.

Lifecycle & Health Logs

Gestational age, due dates, baby birth dates, feeding sessions, wake windows, diaper logs, maternal weight, and hydration check-ins.

Speak-to-Log Audio Notes

Spoken voice notes captured via the hands-free logger to transcribe nursing, feeding, and diaper events into structured charts.

Snap & Care Photo Uploads

Photos uploaded or captured for food ingredient checks, restaurant menu checks, supplement bottle reviews, or infant diaper/skin triage.

3 Daily Care Harmony & Multi-Caregiver Sync

Peggy synchronizes daily care indicators across your Care Circle (Partner, Nanny, Family). Each domain maps to dedicated color tokens for visual clarity:

Tracks daily water intake targets (80–128 oz) and hydration check-ins.

👶 Baby Care & Output

Tracks nursing timers, bottle feeds, naps, and AAP diaper hydration baselines.

💜 Mom Care & Rest

Tracks prenatal vitamins, 1-minute mental health check-ins, and rest windows.

4 Row Level Security (RLS) & Third-Party Infrastructure

Peggy utilizes secure cloud infrastructure and encrypted serverless proxies. All requests pass through secure serverless endpoints (Supabase Edge Functions) so identity tokens and private API keys remain protected:

Google Gemini API Proxy

Processes natural language voice transcriptions and Snap & Care vision scans. Data sent to Gemini is encrypted and NOT used to train public AI models.

Supabase (PostgreSQL RLS)

Encrypted cloud database storage with Row-Level Security (RLS), ensuring private mental health logs (EPDS/PHQ-9) are accessible only by the account owner.

5 Account Deletion & Data Purge (App Store Guideline 5.1.1 v)

In compliance with Apple App Store guidelines, you retain full ownership of your data and can purge your account at any time.

How to Delete Your Account & Purge All Data:

1. Open the Peggy App ➔ Navigate to More Hub (☰) ➔ Settings.

2. Scroll to ACCOUNT & PRIVACY ➔ Tap Delete Account & Purge Data.

3. Confirm deletion. All associated profiles, baby nests, health logs, and media uploads will be permanently wiped from our servers immediately.
